We knew we were going to be selling our house years in advance so I had time to do a thorough search for the agent I thought would maximize our return. Anja Plowright and her team were at the top of our list!
It turns out that they also made the process as easy as could be, an added benefit. Before we even officially put the house on the market, Anja contacted us and said she had a preemptive cash offer that was worth considering. The offer was within the range we were expecting plus it meant we could save money on sprucing up the house (floors, painting, etc.) and avoid staging costs.

This team exceeded expectations routinely. They had a crew of efficient vendors to get the house ready for market. We had extensive work to accomplish and their designers eye allowed us to use our resources in the best ways. Once on the market there was clear communication of every step. Escrow proceeded smoothly as expected and with no surprises. We have bought and sold over 6 houses in the past and using this team was the best decision we have made.
