Caitlin is by far and away the best realtor my wife and I worked with in the process of finding our new home. She invited us to her office, where we sat down over a cup of coffee and discussed in detail what we were looking for in a home. She then catered her search around these criteria and proceeded to show us houses that fit these set parameters . In just a few weeks, she showed us the house that we fell in love with, and she worked tirelessly with us to successfully purchase it for a great value in a highly competitive market. Caitlin is dynamite! She is the most energetic and creative person I have ever met. Caitlin Crawford and Marcia Weske from Grubb Co. worked as a team to sell our home. To successfully accomplish this goal, they established a timeline which included getting our home ready to sell, completed inspections, disclosures, a neighborhood wine and cheese party, a broker open house and two open houses. It was an aggressive timeline and since we had moved out of state, we had to trust them completely. We essentially turned over getting the house ready to them and they had to manage all the moving parts. All ofl our communication with them was handled long distance. Caitlin Crawford and her team know the East Bay housing market extremely well. Her real estate company, The Grubb Co.also has a long history of collaboration with other realtors, inspection companies, and other special resources which helped expedite the sale of our family home. Caitlin is nothing short of brilliant. My husband and I are so lucky we had the chance to work with her. She is honest, patient and a true force. The market in the east bay is absolutely insane right now. It takes someone scrappy and incredibly hard working if you want to get house out here - Caitlin is all of that and still manages to make you laugh so the whole process somehow feels like fun instead of completely painful. We ended up in a beautiful house in Albany that was within our budget - something I thought would be impossible. Being informed buyers who understood the process and the stakes was critical. Caitlin trained us well and made sure we were fully prepared (mentally, emotionally, financially), which ultimately made a big difference in getting the house.
