Dana is a complete real estate rockstar. She is, without a doubt, the only reason we just closed on a house we absolutely love for a reasonable price in this insane Oakland real estate market. While we've only been working with Dana for 6 months, my husband and I had been looking for almost 1.5 years prior to meeting her (we've seen literally hundreds of houses at this point) and without Dana we'd have likely either continued to look for many, many more months or given up entirely. She has been unbelievably patient and supportive as we've toured house after house and submitted multiple offers, never pressuring us to make an offer we're not comfortable with, yet always being willing to put in the work to submit the offer. She is so very knowledgeable about the Oakland and Piedmont areas and has opened our minds up to wonderful neighborhoods we wouldn't have otherwise had on our radars - including the one we ended up in.

I highly recommend Dana as a real estate agent in the Oakland/Berkeley area. She was a tireless advocate for us even though we were stunned by the prices in the area and all over the place in our preferences for a new home. (We are from the Midwest). Dana was very responsive and available as we searched the market together. Eventually, with Dana's gentle guidance and ongoing efforts, we found a home in the small area of Oakland/Berkeley we had prioritized. The home checked all of our boxes! Dana Cohen is absolutely fabulous. She and her team worked with us throughout the whole process of selling our home and the results were fantastic. We couldn't be more delighted! From suggesting improvements to the house through to the staging phase and close of escrow she oversaw the many details that needed attending to. Dana is an incredible agent. She helped us navigate the real estate market as first time house buyers, unfamiliar with the area in one of the toughest buyers markets in decades. Dana is simply superb - incredibly knowledgeable, focused, adept and also very caring. She listens, she knows the real estate landscape inside and out, and when she goes to bat for you, she scores.
