I guess the most obvious way to confirm our happiness with her is that we've now used her for FOUR seperate home transactions (over maybe 10 years...we sold our first home with her, bought our second, and then traded from that one, which she sold and bought our final done-deal home....no more moving for us, though!)

Dana Cohen is absolutely wonderful! Five + stars without reservation! We are grateful that we had her as our realtor. While we bought our home nearly a year ago she still continues to be a resource and goes above and beyond her call of duty! Without reservation we've referred Dana to everyone who is looking to purchase a home in the East Bay. She is top in her field and it is apparent why once you've been through a home purchase with her from the beginning until the end. We trust her guidance 100%. She never steered us wrong and she was so very, very patient as she accompanied us through the process of our first home purchase. We are researchers and take our time making decisions. Dana helped us purchase our house in Piedmont at the end of 2010, and we cannot speak highly enough about her. During the home search, Dana was helpful, supportive, patient, respectful, and very generous with her time. She was very knowledgeable about the market, the various neighborhoods in the area, and both historic and current inventory. She advised us well on when and how to make an offer, and thanks to her, we were fortunate enough to have our first offer accepted and are now thrilled in our still-relatively-new home! Dana was exceptionally capable through the escrow period, continuing to be very supportive and on top of absolutely everything; she steered us well, saved us a lot of headache, and even a fair amount of money! And finally, Dana has continued to be an extraordinary help post-closing--anywhere from bringing us a delicious dinner the night we moved in to providing us with a network of excellent referrals of all types (excellent roofers and plumbers, great local food, outstanding mortgage broker and movers, etc.). Although we ultimately fall on the lower end of the economic spectrum in Piedmont, you would never, ever know it by the attentiveness Dana has shown and continues to show us as clients. Her capability and her kind, friendly demeanor made what is normally a very stressful process much less so. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had her as our realtor, and will certainly use her again if and when the time comes.

We have only positive and outstanding things to write and much appreciation for Dana being a true expert in her field. She absolutely knows the current market, neighborhoods, school reputation and information, and has an amazing network of people that respect her and that she can call on to inspect, evaluate and recommend on a property. Dana and our family worked together to find us the home we really wanted! She SO made it all happen, and never gave up looking on our behalf. She was respectful at all times, and never anything but a complete professional. We could rely on her to follow through, and advocate on our behalf. My husband and I were looking to buy a home in the Oakland Hills. We interviewed three agents and chose Dana Cohen. It was the best decision that we made.
