Tiffany LefourWe put our house up for sale with Tiffany and she helped us through fixing renter damage and making sure the house would best sell. We ended up pulling the house before listing as pricing was falling and we were thinking about reoccupying the house. We relisted the house a year later and Tiffany graciously took our house back up, helped us through every step while we were half a world away.

So Tiffany was very thorough in explaining all of the details of the seemingly endless list of required documents. Tiffany LefourWe’ve bought and sold a few homes, and Tiffany is in a realtor class by herself. Her vision for the best way to market our home was practical and focused on the strengths of the property while anticipating possible weaknesses. She told us at our first meeting that she would get to know our house in detail and would manage the entire process of making our house ready, from scheduling inspections, the painters, electricians, plumbers, etc. She delivered on that 100%. Her well vetted group of experts did high quality work, coordinated well with others, and were mindful of their impact on our neighbors, while charging very competitive prices.
Tiffany’s grasp of current market trends was spot on. She has an excellent color and style sense, while still incorporating her client’s preferences. The stagers she recommends are also amazing and appropriate for the particular property.

Tiffany LefourWe located Tiffany via a performative search of past listings and sale prices in the Montclair area. Tiffany partnered with Jill Carrigan and wow what a team. We were under a unique set of circumstances that required an extremely fast turnaround on preparation work including renovations, marketing, etc. Jill and Tiffany were able to assemble a plan that facilitated our timing request sand executed professionally with absolutely no issues. We were able to achieve the "top end" of our projected comparison range and closed in an unbelievably short time frame.
