Tiffany worked with me to sell a house I inherited. It turned out to be more complicated than expected, since the house needed some major work. Tiffany made the decision-making and renovation process easy. I found her to be smart, strategic, straightforward and trustworthy. She has plenty of experience with other homes that was useful in the process, and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. I wish I could give Tiffany more stars! She listed our condo in Oakland for sale recently and helped us with every aspect--including identifying the correct price, suggesting and even implementing improvements to help it sell, and determining the best timing. Tiffany was easy to work with--she is a great communicator and returns calls/emails, and texts very quickly. And she gets results! Our condo had 10 offers, sold in just a few days at way over the asking price to an excellent buyer, and closed without any problems. And ...Tiffany is unflappable! Her attitude is always great and warm. I highly recommend Tiffany and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Tiffany was the best thing that could have happened to us in our home buying process. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we decided to start looking for our first home. Tiffany helped us find THE perfect starter home! She was thorough, knowledgable, and most importantly, patient as we hounded her with questions and concerns throughout what was a new and somewhat intimidating process for us. I could not recommend anyone more highly as we were made to feel like we were her only clients, and the house we landed has proven to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. 5 stars plus some.

Tiffany truly is as good as it gets! She was able to sell our unit in the Millennium Tower in San Francisco during the time of all the issues with it sinking and leaning. Hard to believe anyone would want to buy it. Tiffany had to work ten-times harder than any realtor, dealing with the building HOA, manager, our lawyers, etc. and answering a million questions we had along the way. She expertly communicated with us at every turn keeping us abreast of the complicated situation. She always got back to us promptly and with thorough answers. She stayed sweet even when it got stressful and we always felt like she had our back. She represented our unit in the most professional, honest and capable way imaginable. It was such a pleasure working with Tiffany. I can't think of any other realtor who would have gone to such lengths the way she did or would have had such success. Even the buyer loved her and is very happy in our unit. It was definitely a win/win and we're so grateful to Tiffany for representing our unit in the best possible way. Anyone would be VERY LUCKY to have her as your realtor, if you're buying or if you're selling....you will LOVE her!
