Dana is what you want in someone involved in such an important decision, she is professional, listens and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Dana is a complete real estate rockstar. She is, without a doubt, the only reason we just closed on a house we absolutely love for a reasonable price in this insane Oakland real estate market. While we've only been working with Dana for 6 months, my husband and I had been looking for almost 1.5 years prior to meeting her (we've seen literally hundreds of houses at this point) and without Dana we'd have likely either continued to look for many, many more months or given up entirely. She has been unbelievably patient and supportive as we've toured house after house and submitted multiple offers, never pressuring us to make an offer we're not comfortable with, yet always being willing to put in the work to submit the offer. She is so very knowledgeable about the Oakland and Piedmont areas and has opened our minds up to wonderful neighborhoods we wouldn't have otherwise had on our radars - including the one we ended up in.
Dana is incredibly sharp, caring, thorough, and seemingly always available to her clients, despite how busy she is. I honestly don't know when she sleeps. I highly recommend Dana as a real estate agent in the Oakland/Berkeley area. She was a tireless advocate for us even though we were stunned by the prices in the area and all over the place in our preferences for a new home. (We are from the Midwest). Dana was very responsive and available as we searched the market together. Eventually, with Dana's gentle guidance and ongoing efforts, we found a home in the small area of Oakland/Berkeley we had prioritized. The home checked all of our boxes!
