We found Pamela by luck while inquiring about homes on Zillow. She calls me and it was pretty clear to me within the first 15 minutes of talking with her that this woman is pretty much a super hero (lawyer background, Piedmont community development, mom, realtor). We met a few days later to go look at houses and she brought presents for my children was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. We were not your typical home-buyers. Our tastes were avant-garde and our methods for finding the right home for our family were super out of the norm. Pamela was always up for anything, even if that meant laughing our butts off at hideous wallpapers inside houses we would never buy. She was never pushy but when we were interested in something she knew how to get us the answers we needed and she was honestly inspiring to watch work. If selling homes is an art, Pamela is a master. When we found our dream home, Pamela struck (lol) quickly and spent hours reading through the tiniest of details to make sure that the home would meet our standards. It was very clear that she has a background as a lawyer because she was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING which is such a relief as a buyer. She is a magnificent communicator and kept us in the loop of everything happening with the process. She knows how to get you what you want and she is EXTREMELY proactive. Pamela Strike Fullerton is literally the most amazing realtor on this planet. We would NEVER work with anyone else. Pamela is a terrific human being with an adorable and amazing family who will make you cookies and instantly make your children fall in love with her. Or let you call her when you're confused about literally anything regarding your new home, school district etc. She's dedicated and passionate about what she does and she will not rest until your family has the home of your dreams.

Pam is the realtor you want: proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and client-first at every turn. She helped us from the very beginning when we were browsing through Zillow to win a highly-competitive bidding process and navigate some complex inspection issues. Each step of the way Pam is incredibly responsive and went to great lengths to make sure she had addressed our questions/concerns throughout the process. We will use Pam the next time and are recommending her to all of our friends!

Buying a house in the Bay Area is stressful, but getting a house without a knowledge realtor is impossible. If you are looking in the Piedmont or Oakland Hills Area, there is no one who knows more about it than Pamela. She is a hard worker, and straight talker- this saves so much time in such a confusing and face-paced market. Most importantly, within a month, we were in a house without having many, many offers rejected, as Ive seen so many people go through! The most unexpected part of the process is how she continues to care about how we are settling into the house even after the close... connecting us with neighbors, alerting us of neat happenings in the area- because she's not just a realtor- she's a friendly member of the community. We feel lucky to have found her, and no doubt, you will too.

I found Pamela by her already stellar reviews, but didn't expect to be writing one myself so soon after meeting her! Pamela is a trustworthy, ethical realtor who works EXTREMELY hard for her clients. Luckily she has the energy and stamina of five women, so she makes it seem like a breeze. She is extremely well-connected in the Piedmont and surrounding communities (our search was in Montclair), which helps for everything from knowing the listing agents to recommending Preschools. Pamela works quickly to discover your preferences and stays in constant contact regarding potential homes. We were extremely lucky to find a home we loved the very first weekend with Pamela and with finances in order, we could move as quickly as the market requires (8-10 days!!!). Pamela was very flexible throughout the process and always makes herself available. She coached us through the entire process, including calls with our mortgage broker, how to write a stellar offer letter and walked us through the comps in detail. Just two weeks after our initial conversation, we had bought a home! What could've been a long, discouraging and arduous process, turned out smooth and swift on our very first offer! We were thrilled. My husband keeps saying, if you want to get into a house quickly, work with Pamela, "I sneezed and I had a home!". In hindsight, I know that scoring our house wasn't luck at all, it was because we had Pamela as our partner! When anyone asks how we won a house in this market/town, my response is that our realtor had our backs and put up a very strong fight for us, we wouldn't have gotten the home without her. I honestly trust she would do the same for all of her clients.

Pam is a unique and formidable combination as an agent. She comes from a legal background, spending the bulk of her career thus far as a litigator, and her competitive edge and eye for an angle of attack quickly comes out when she locks on to a property that she thinks is right for you. Marry this with her unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies and mechanics of the Piedmont property market and you already have all the reason in the world to take her on as an agent. However, there is another, and I would say even greater side to Pam, and that is her hugely generous spirit and capacity for kindness. When Pam sells and buys in Piedmont, she is not just building a sales portfolio, she is building a community, one in which she takes great pride, and puts a considerable amount of effort and love into. Before us, she helped our sister's family buy into Piedmont, and still drops by regularly with little presents for the kids, or a bottle of wine for her now neighbors. I suspect that Pam's passion for work comes more from her desire to bring people into her beautiful community than from her great success at doing so. Wherever it comes from however, it produces an unbeatable combination, which put us, and many other families, in their dream home and community. If that is what you are after, I would highly recommend you enlist Pam's passion and skill. As our neighbor and friend now, she will always have a glass of wine waiting at our place.

Pam has a natural talent for helping people buy and/or sell their home. Before Pam even became a successful real estate broker she guided me through the process of finding the cutest first home in Piedmont. She has the innate ability to identify what is important for a family and doesn't stop until she finds it for them. She earned Her nickname of "Fighter" honestly.

We were very lucky to have bumped into Pam at an open house. I'm a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. However, Pam quickly demonstrated her deep knowledge of the community and the Piedmont real-estate market. From our initial interaction it was clear that Pam was passionate about her family, her community and helping her clients find the right home. Her ability to drill down into what was important to us (e.g. walkability to schools) was one of her best qualities. She cares deeply about her community and it shows through her passion for helping young families find the right home. Even after our deal closed, Pam was sweet enough to introduce my wife to new friends, call the local day care for a slot for our 2 year old daughter, organize introductions to various families on our new street, and follow up on loose ends from our transaction. Pam continues to help us today...well after the close of our transaction...she's the consummate professional and a wonderful ambassador to our new community. In short we're quite pleased with our experience with Pam....she represents an agent that goes above and beyond for her clients.

Pamela possesses the character traits and qualities that you would want to represent you in your next real estate transaction. Her high integrity, honesty, and intelligence will all work to your advantage when she is negotiating a deal to either sell or purchase your next home. Pam is an attorney and is an excellent negotiator. She will ask the right questions and work with a confident team to get the deal done with your best interests in mind. Pam is one of those persons you want on your team. She puts her all into what ever she does and does it with 100% confidence, style, and flair.

We bumped into Pam at an open house one Sunday afternoon. She immediately struck us as someone who was kind, knowledgeable, and well-informed - key attributes of a good realtor in Piedmont! A few weeks later we attended an open house that she was hosting. She walked us through the home pointing out details we never would have noticed, and asked us questions to get a better sense of our preferences. As we became more serious about finding a home Pam provided us with key information regarding homes that were already on the market - like which homes we should look at and which homes we could bypass. She also kept us updated on whether or not new homes would be coming up for sale - vital information in the tight Piedmont real estate market - and it became clear that Pam knew the Piedmont market, community, and people incredibly well. In the end, Pam actually spotted the home we would choose to purchase well before we had even seen it - evidence that she had truly gotten to know us and what we were seeking! Pam was a joy to work with throughout the entire search and purchase process. She always put our interests first and advised us thoughtfully, making herself fully available via phone, text, or in-person. She walked us through the offer and closing processes, all of which went smoothly. Now that we own our home, she is has put us in touch with other top professionals who are helping us make our home ours. She goes far beyond the scope of a regular "realtor" - she is full service!"
