Pamela Fullerton helped me sell my family home where I grew up in Piedmont. She was caring and thoughtful, and she represented my interests well in all transactions. She suggested that we do some updating to make it look fresh and appealing to another family who may want to raise their children in Piedmont. Pamela and I discussed what my house might sell for without any improvements and what it could sell for if we did a major renovation. We decided to maximize the return on the sale. Pamela recommended Keller Williams' Concierge Ready to Sell program. This is an amazing program where all improvements are paid from the proceeds of the sale with no upfront costs. She worked with the contractor, the decorator, the vendors, the gardener, inspectors, and the City of Piedmont to obtain all permits in a timely fashion. Basically, I handed her the keys, and she did the rest. But Pamela kept me informed and asked my opinion about color, finishes, details, costs, etc. I watched my home transform into basically a new home. I did maximize my profit and was delighted with Pamela's efforts. She has a tremendous understanding of the Piedmont market. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell her home.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Pam guided us through the entire process of buying a home, and we absolutely LOVE our house and neighborhood! She is incredibly knowledgable about the market, the agents working in it, and the various dynamics at play, which was a huge bonus in a competitive market. We closed on our house in September, but we still talk to Pam, and we can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to purchase their home. We met Pam by chance while starting to look for our first house. A year later we moved into our dream home, and it definitely wouldn't have happened without her. She took the time to educate us as we learned what we wanted and didn't want, and she had the patience to stick with us despite how picky we were. Most importantly, Pam saved her best for last. As a lawyer, she's great at dealing with selling agents and the offer process. She got us to the table, guided us through the offer, and totally nailed it. Then she bought us a fig tree for the back yard, had a sketch of the house made and framed, and made me cry when she gave it to us and told us we'll probably have our first child here. If she's available, you should work with her.

Pam recently listed and sold our house. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy, because she took care of everything from lining up and letting in the necessary inspectors, to following up with a great crew to make any necessary repairs. She was helpful and cheerful throughout. With Pam's know-how and advice, we were able to sell our house one week from listing it with multiple offers. I highly recommend Pam if you are selling.
