Unhei is the best realtor we have used, BY FAR.
I don't normally write public reviews but in this case I decided the service she provided was so good that I had to share my thoughts.
She is an expert on the area, profoundly understands the rules and nuances of buying and selling homes, has an uncanny ability to read a situation and provide sage advice.
She was a calming influence when the inevitable hiccups happened during our recent purchase.
Finally, and post purchase, she has kept helping us with advice and recommendations.
She is the real deal.

Unhei is great! Back in 2013 when I was looking to buy my first home, someone recommended Unhei to me. She helped me through the entire home-buying experience, something I knew nothing about, from encouraging me to go to as many open houses as possible every Sunday, to giving me very good advice during the contingency period. She helped me narrow down which neighborhoods to look at (she knows the Oakland/Berkeley area well). I initially wanted to live in North Oakland and never considered Berkeley, but she showed me some nice places in Berkeley and I eventually found a wonderful home in Berkeley, thanks to Unhei! I always recommend her to friends who are looking for a place in the East Bay!

We had a great experience working with Unhei. She always got back to us right away, gave us great information, and had great patience. She knew the Berkeley and Oakland areas, knew where we should look and not look, and was honest about what we could and could not afford. If we ever decide to move we will use her again.

Unhei is professional, friendly, and communicative. She was with us through the home-buying process as we patiently looked around and bid on a variety of properties. She even entertained a ridiculously low bid, which didn't pan out for us and the place sold for 40% more than we offered, but went through the process none-the-less. Eventually we bought the perfect house, at a reasonable price, with no kinks or delays.

Unhei is an amazing realtor. We were first-time buyer, she not only referred us to a very reputable local loan agent (which was a huge help in the process), but also guided us through the entire process patiently. She responded our messages and questions very fast, and on offer bitting days she was very dedicated with updates and suggestions.

Unhei is an amazing realtor! She was recommended to us by a family friend and we honestly couldn't have been happier. We ended up buying a new home and Unhei helped us out with repairs and fixes to the home even a year after we moved in.
