We just bought our first home with Kacey and couldn't have asked for a better agent.She was attentive, communicative, and available whenever we needed her — even outside of normal hours. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable by walking us through every step and always being upfront with us. What really set her apart was how much she cared beyond just closing the deal. She connected us with handymen, contractors, and all the resources we didn't even know we'd need as first-time homeowners. Highly recommend!!

Kacey is the Superhero of Realtors!! She was so knowledgeable about the Market and our specific needs to sell our home. She even knew what the neighborhood had to offer to potential buyers! Kacey was honest and totally transparent through the whole process. She paid attention to every detailed. Kacey and her husband were actually putting up a privacy fence in the yard themselves! Her expertise got the home ready, and it was a showpiece! I highly recommend her if you want to sell your home! I consider her a good friend and so does my family.

Kacey was like a "Light in Shining Armor"; she was 100% transparent, every step of the way, as she assisted my sister and I with the sale of our Piedmont home. We had a bit of an interesting dynamic, and she was super supportive as we manuevered through the process. She was not excited about one of our bathrooms, and she personally took the time to make sure it was redone, up to her expectations. It was fabulous, and she sure did pay attention to detail. (Thank you, Kacey) The day before escrow was closing, there was a small issue that the buyer noticed, and she AND her husband took the time to come over and get it handled. If you want amazing service, Kacey comes highly recommended. Thanks to you and your dynamite team...P.S. You and Steve were a dynamic duo!!

Rented me an apartment. It was filthy. And the sheets were dirty. I spent 4.5 hours cleaning the first night to make it habitable. Then after I had mopped and dusted it from head to toe and moved out, she had the gall to charge me a cleaning fee when I moved out.... Reportedly for the next person. (Even though i even was nice enough to mop their bathroom floor when I left). Why she did not seem to deign to provide me with a habitable environment is beyond me. She was angry that I moved a shelf and the fridge a little down the hallway (2.5 feet?). And a tiny item fell out of the trash as I was taking it out. She had the gall to call that "dirty, and therefore it required cleaning. They certainly did not pay me for the deep cleaning I gave their place, which clearly hadn't had one in a very long time when I moved in. ( They told me they'd cleaned it. I touched the floor and it had a thick layer of grime on it). Things being "in place" does not make it clean. And this was the top floor of her house.

Kacey is a terrific real estate agent and a wonderful person to work with, who has been helpful and supportive throughout the entire home-buying process.
My wife and I met Kacey at a few open houses, and it became immediately clear that she was very knowledgeable and caring. From the start, she took the time to listen closely and pick up on what was really important to us, in order to help us find a house that we would love and that was within our budget. She showed us a wide range of houses from turn-key to fixer-uppers and in a variety of neighborhoods. The entire time she always respected whenever we expressed dislikes and genuinely listened to what we did like.
We ended up putting in 5 offers with Kacey and every time she visited the house with us at least once, if not two or three times. She helped us research each house including potential maintenance/repair/upgrade costs. On the house we ended up buying, she took the initiative to write a letter to the seller about us, talking about how we'd be a great fit for the house and loved the neighborhood. That ended up being the deciding factor. Now we own the house and love it, and it's in a neighborhood that we thought would be out of our reach!
Throughout the process she also had terrific recommendations for people to work with including inspectors and mortgage lenders. Then even after we had bought the house she continued to check in with us, and provided helpful contacts for painters, floor finishers, etc. The house buying process definitely has its ups and downs, and Kacey was amazing the entire time.

Do you want a professional who knows the real estate market and how to sell a home? Someone who is not afraid to tell you what needs to be done to get the best price for your property? An experienced agent who also is caring, personable, and engaging? That is what my partner and I got when we were introduced to Kacey and decided to have her represent us in the sale of our house in Pleasant Hill. From the get-go she listened and walked us down the path of preparing our house for sale. She guided us through the hard decisions; those emotional ones that make it hard to let-go when you are selling your home. Every step of the way, she kept us informed.
