She is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened closely to what we wanted and really took into account our needs, sending us options for houses we never would have otherwise found. She is also very communicative and we always felt comfortable reaching out to her with questions.

Can't say enough great things about Kacey and her team at Perspective RE! They helped us sell our house for 20% more than what we had hoped for with thoughtful and contemporary designs that had buyers "wowed". The project to get the house ready for the market took 6 weeks and Kacey was hands on, well organized, and had the crews working on a short timeline with a ton of work to do. She listened and addressed all of our concerns and man, did I already mention the design? It was so good that we almost wanted to keep the house and move back in.
