Kacey was like a "Light in Shining Armor"; she was 100% transparent, every step of the way, as she assisted my sister and I with the sale of our Piedmont home. We had a bit of an interesting dynamic, and she was super supportive as we manuevered through the process. Rented me an apartment. It was filthy. And the sheets were dirty. I spent 4.5 hours cleaning the first night to make it habitable. Then after I had mopped and dusted it from head to toe and moved out, she had the gall to charge me a cleaning fee when I moved out.... Reportedly for the next person. (Even though i even was nice enough to mop their bathroom floor when I left). Why she did not seem to deign to provide me with a habitable environment is beyond me. She was angry that I moved a shelf and the fridge a little down the hallway (2.5 feet?). And a tiny item fell out of the trash as I was taking it out. She had the gall to call that "dirty, and therefore it required cleaning. They certainly did not pay me for the deep cleaning I gave their place, which clearly hadn't had one in a very long time when I moved in. ( They told me they'd cleaned it. I touched the floor and it had a thick layer of grime on it). Things being "in place" does not make it clean. And this was the top floor of her house.

Kacey is a terrific real estate agent and a wonderful person to work with, who has been helpful and supportive throughout the entire home-buying process.
My wife and I met Kacey at a few open houses, and it became immediately clear that she was very knowledgeable and caring. From the start, she took the time to listen closely and pick up on what was really important to us, in order to help us find a house that we would love and that was within our budget. She showed us a wide range of houses from turn-key to fixer-uppers and in a variety of neighborhoods. The entire time she always respected whenever we expressed dislikes and genuinely listened to what we did like.
We ended up putting in 5 offers with Kacey and every time she visited the house with us at least once, if not two or three times. She helped us research each house including potential maintenance/repair/upgrade costs. On the house we ended up buying, she took the initiative to write a letter to the seller about us, talking about how we'd be a great fit for the house and loved the neighborhood. That ended up being the deciding factor. Now we own the house and love it, and it's in a neighborhood that we thought would be out of our reach!
Throughout the process she also had terrific recommendations for people to work with including inspectors and mortgage lenders. Then even after we had bought the house she continued to check in with us, and provided helpful contacts for painters, floor finishers, etc. The house buying process definitely has its ups and downs, and Kacey was amazing the entire time.

Do you want a professional who knows the real estate market and how to sell a home? Someone who is not afraid to tell you what needs to be done to get the best price for your property? An experienced agent who also is caring, personable, and engaging? That is what my partner and I got when we were introduced to Kacey and decided to have her represent us in the sale of our house in Pleasant Hill. From the get-go she listened and walked us down the path of preparing our house for sale. She guided us through the hard decisions; those emotional ones that make it hard to let-go when you are selling your home. Every step of the way, she kept us informed. She is the perfect combination of being strategic and very detail oriented as well.
Kacey is well informed about the current housing market while being warm and friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Being first time sellers, the process can be nerve wracking at times, and Kacey was patient and reassuring with a good sense of humor which lightened the stress. She can also deliver tough messages with grace when need be, and we always felt she had our best interest at heart.
In addition to creating an excellent marketing plan for us, Kacey also oversaw the project management of our home renovation before the sale.
She knew how to get the most bang for our buck and managed the entire process seamlessly. We had already moved out of state and trusted Kacey completely, and the final results were simply beautiful.

We cannot recommend Kacey highly enough!
She is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened closely to what we wanted and really took into account our needs, sending us options for houses we never would have otherwise found. She is also very communicative and we always felt comfortable reaching out to her with questions.

Can't say enough great things about Kacey and her team at Perspective RE! They helped us sell our house for 20% more than what we had hoped for with thoughtful and contemporary designs that had buyers "wowed". The project to get the house ready for the market took 6 weeks and Kacey was hands on, well organized, and had the crews working on a short timeline with a ton of work to do. She listened and addressed all of our concerns and man, did I already mention the design? It was so good that we almost wanted to keep the house and move back in.
