A fourth-generation Bay Area local, Lindsay comes from a multigenerational real estate family. Her grandfather was a broker, her father a general contractor and attorney, and her mother has built a longstanding real estate practice serving the Bay Area.
Clients appreciate Lindsay’s ability to listen closely, explain complex details clearly, and bring steadiness to what can often feel like an emotional and overwhelming process. She genuinely enjoys working closely with people and finds the most meaning in helping individuals and families feel grounded and cared for during periods of change. Known for her calm presence and strong follow-through, she helps clients evaluate homes clearly and navigate transactions with confidence.
Before entering real estate, Lindsay worked at the intersection of design, architecture, and client service. She owned and operated a Bay Area–based design studio and worked in home staging and architectural conservation projects involving historic buildings and materials. This experience gives her a trained eye for structure, condition, and potential, an asset when helping clients assess homes or prepare properties for market. She also held senior project management and communications roles abroad at a legal design studio and a French technology startup, supporting clients through complex, high-stakes situations that required care, clarity, and trust.
Lindsay brings a personal understanding of relocation and place-making. After raising her daughter abroad, she chose to return to Berkeley, to build a life rooted in the community and California experience she values so deeply. She loves supporting clients through their own transitions.
Today, Lindsay partners closely with her mother, longtime Realtor Marianne Scott. Together, they offer clients deep local knowledge paired with genuine care, careful preparation, and hands-on support, helping people feel well-guided, understood, and at home every step of the way.
