Defining "home" is personal; I believe it’s one of the most important foundations for a happy, stable life.  Securing it, though, is strictly business. I bring a unique blend of immigrant grit and high-level strategy to the East Bay real estate market. From my roots in Ukraine to growing up in San Francisco, I learned early on that stability is something you build, not something you find.

I pivoted to real estate after building a successful retail business and managing my own investment portfolio. I saw the power of property acquisition and value-add strategy firsthand, and I wanted to bring that financial clarity to my clients.

As a Realtor® with The Grubb Company, I focus on fine homes in Oakland and Berkeley, especially Crocker Highlands, the Oakland Hills, and surrounding neighborhoods. My background managing logistics with the Burning Man Project taught me how to navigate chaos calmly while taking care of people.  I bring that clarity to every escrow, supporting and educating my clients.  I’m not just an agent; I’m a neighbor.  I’m a devoted Crocker Highlands Elementary PTA Mom. I launched a food rescue program to turn food waste into community resources. Kids are our future, and I nurture them as part of my community and part of my home.
