This is the second time we worked with Denise--this time as a seller. We reached out to her to help us quickly sell an elderly relative's house who would need the revenue to fund her new assisted living apartment. Denise gave us options to consider, provided referrals for all the professionals we needed or might need, collected estimates for work to be done (or not), and helped us assess the different options. She was always responsive and respectful. Once we decided on the best option for our family member, Denise managed the process and we closed the sale quickly. We would work with her again (and again).

Denise is Simply The Best! She just helped us successfully sell our Berkeley home and got us a clean and fair offer in under 2 weeks, while minimizing our stress throughout the entire complicated process. From our first meeting we knew Denise was the partner we needed and could trust. And each day she confirmed that we made the right decision. Denise took care of everything. From the day we moved out, she got our house listed in 2 1/2 weeks. This included finishing the hardwood floors, painting the inside, cleaning and window washing, staging, photography, and completing all inspections. We received and accepted an offer in just 12 days and closed in 24 days. And all along the way she helped us handle the scores of paperwork we needed to gather and sign. Denise anticipated and solved any issue that came up. She kept us up to date along the way and was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had. And at every step of the way Denise was upbeat, knowledgable, steady, thorough and kind - all the attributes of the best real estate partner you could have! Thanks Denise!

If I could give Denise 10 stars, I would. She is not just a highly skilled agent but a truly kind person. My partner and I were thrown into the market without knowing much about it, when our landlord decided to sell and we threw our hat in the ring to buy our house. We had a complicated sale and a lot to learn in a very short time. Denise remained patient, honest, and knowledgeable every step of the way. She went above and beyond, was always available to talk through things and answer our 1,000 questions, following up with resources, affordable contractors, and comps whenever we needed them. She is also very funny and a pleasure to be around! We never thought we could own a home--not even the one we'd lived in for so long--in Oakland, and I can honestly say that we could not have done it without Denise.

Denise was such a reliable, informed and communicative partner on a recent sale. The real estate market was changing and acting odd BUT Denise was on it. She was so thoughtful with her strategy and communication. And truly her perfection on staging, marketing and more could not have been better. I sold an apartment with her, and she did a great job. The unit looked great and was really brought up to shape quickly and beautifully. I was so glad to work with her and highly recommend you do the same!

Denise is an amazing realtor. She really wants what is best for her clients and is very thoughtful about what they are looking for in a home. I can truly say we wouldn't have gotten our house without her help and guidance. We were referred to her after working with another realtor for over 6 months. Do yourself a favor and start off with Denise! She is the best!!!

Denise is the best realtor out there! She found us our dream home in the most beautiful area in Oakland within a month of looking. She was spot on about the price point and knew just what to look out for during inspections and negotiations. Besides being extremely capable, intuitive and informed, she is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I couldn't recommend Denise any more! I know she is very busy but I would certainly do everything I could to work with her again!

Summary: If you can work with Denise, do it! I would give Denise 6 stars if yelp let me. I don't even know where to start describing how fantastic she is.... but I'll try. She is knowledgeable about the home buying process, the bay area market, communities, house styles and their risks and went above and beyond during the entire process. She communicates better than 99% of the people I work with and, most importantly, listens to what you are looking for and genuinely wants you to be happy with the house you buy. Full story (in case you're curious): This was my first time buying a home and had been working with another realtor for 6+ months with no luck. When I described my experience to a friend, she raved about and recommended Denise to me (my friend had worked with Denise to purchase her home). My friend convinced me to contact Denise and switch realtors. Working with Denise v. my previous realtor was night and day. She has a wealth of knowledge that she does not hesitate to share and goes above and beyond in every aspect. She was able to educate me on the process, the wacky market, individual neighborhoods, potential risks of different houses and locations, and guide me through the entire process of finding a home. Denise worked with me to visit homes multiple times and even helped get folks to come out to the house to help me get a feeling for what, if anything, would need to be fixed. I had an offer accepted three weeks after starting to look with Denise. She was invaluable during the closing, walking me through how everything worked and helping in every stage. I purchased a 1926 bungalow (that I love) but it needed some updates and she even helped to not just recommend plumbers, electricians, etc., but also bring them to the home to get estimates during closing so we could get the work started as soon as possible. And even after closing, she continues to check in to make sure everything is good. I cannot imagine a better person to work with during this (very stressful) process and am SO thankful I found her. I can't say enough good things and you should work with her if you get the chance!

Denise Keller and Joann Sullivan are wonderful agents! They made everything related to the sale of my home go smoothly and successfully. Due in large part to COVID-19, the sale of my house was delayed for several months. During that time, they kept in touch and answered all the questions I had. When the time finally came to sell the house, they developed a comprehensive sales plan and budget. They guided me through every step of the sales process - inspections, disclosures, downsizing, preparing the house for sale, and evaluating offers. I always felt that, with their help and guidance, I was comfortable through what otherwise could have been a difficult experience. Even when the house was sold, there were a lot of details to deal with. Denise and Joann were always available to help with the final aspects of my sale. I am very pleased with the work Denise and Joann did for me. They were attentive and professional throughout, and I recommend them highly.
