I recently sold my first home in San Francisco and had the pleasure of working with Analise and her real estate partner. Analise was excellent from the get go. Soon after our first meeting, when she explained the selling process and what to expect, she send me a very detailed plan and scheduled that was followed with great precision. She was excellent at educating me, at making herself available to answer questions at any time and to fully guide me through the entire process. A couple of issues arose during the selling process related to having to amend HOA CC&Rs and she was excellent at negotiating and helping come to agreements with other HOA members as well as coordinating the entire process with HOA CC&Rs attorneys to successfully amend and record amendment in a timely manner so that escrow closing dates were not negatively affected. Analise is a very kind, charm individual with a great sense of humor that made the whole experience of selling my home a breeze. I highly recommend Analise and plan to work with her in any future real estate transactions I may have.
