Audrey YoungHaving a good real estate agent is essential to a successful home buying experience anywhere, and the Bay Area is no exception. We were so lucky to have had the good fortune to work with Audrey for our recent home purchase. She is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, and truly makes you feel as if she is there with you every step of this stressful process. She is also a very empathetic person -- she reads people very well. Often I was impressed at what she was able to pick up from very little context -- she often knows what you want before you know it yourself. Having someone like this on your side is very beneficial in this very competitive business.
We have bought and owned homes in the Bay Area before so we had a fairly good sense of what we wanted. The property in question was very popular and we knew we would likely have lots of competition for it. Audrey was essential in helping us plan our bidding strategy - providing useful comps for us and helping us get a sense of the neighborhood and how the process was likely to go. She was a huge help on the day the bids were due, constantly advising us, keeping us calm -- I honestly do not think we would have won if she had not been helping us. Her invaluable aid continued throughout the closing process -- keeping us organized, making sure we knew what to expect. The entire experience was just top-notch. I cannot recommend her enough. Buying a home is very stressful for everyone but I honestly think this experience was one of the smoothest I've ever had it go, and Audrey was a big part of that.

From the very beginning, Audrey took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. Audrey YoungJust two offers in, and we bought our first home... and it was all thanks to Audrey! This is and always will be one of the scariest things we've ever had to do and we are just incredibly lucky we found her to help us navigate our way through it.
As first-time homebuyers we were (obviously) very new to this entire process and had A LOT of questions and even more concerns along the way. It felt amazing having such a genuinely sweet, human being on our side. Audrey never once made us feel uncomfortable. She made us feel heard and helped us keep calm throughout a very emotional process.
Our favorite part about working with Audrey was her communication style. She's very quick to respond to every single text/phone call/email. And now, even after closing on the house, she's still here as someone we can depend on with all (literally, all) of our first-time homebuyer questions. We truly feel like we could not have done this without Audrey. She was a fabulous realtor and I would highly recommend her!
