Shelly Flynn is a calm, centered person with deep and extensive experience in real estate and the Oakland real estate market. She masterminded and orchestrated the preparation and sale of my Oakland condominium. The result? Better than expected in timing and final sale price. She has a program that works. There were a number of things and costs that I questioned but I finally assented to the program. I am glad that I did. Although the preparation costs were roughly double what I anticipated as the high end it paid off. She deserves her reputation and standing. I recommend her. Plus, she is a nice person.

Shelly was my Real Estate agent who represented me as the seller of the condo of a deceased relative in Berkeley. She knows what she's doing and has an effective team. She sold the condo after 14 days on the market for Cash with no contingencies and had another identical cash buyer as a backup. The offer was 40 per cent more than we asked and 20 percent more than my highest expectation. I am in San Diego so I needed an agent to do the job for me with no in personal presence by me. Shelly, with her team, got the place cleaned up, and strategically remodeled and staged. This cost money I was hesitant to spend. Then the asked a price was calculated to raise interest of buyers, though I never would have sold at our asking price. She had to convince me. She did. I trusted her. Outcome was well beyond my expectations.
