We recently worked with Lisa for the second time, this time to sell our home in Montclair. Once again, she delivered incredible results.
From the beginning, Lisa took ownership of the entire process end to end. She coordinated inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, photography, and all the countless details that come with preparing a home for sale. It made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized.
One thing that stood out was how proactive and resourceful she was when unexpected issues came up. For example, after a particularly large storm, we discovered a minor roof issue 2 days before offers were due. Lisa jumped into action, getting multiple roofers out the very next day so we could quickly understand the problem and address it before offers were due. Her fast response helped reassure potential buyers and likely contributed to at least one additional offer.
Lisa also did a remarkable job marketing our home. Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations).
Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates.

Lisa is hands on from start to finish. She's communicative and knows what buyers are looking for. If you're willing to pass the keys and follow her lead she will not disappoint. There are very few realtors who work as hard as Lisa does. She is thoughtful, attentive to every detail be it staging, open houses, or contract negotiations. As first-time homebuyers we really depended on Lisa to educate us through every step of the homebuying process and appreciated her clear communication and deep knowledge of all things Bay Area real estate. Her insights on the market dynamics around the East Bay were invaluable in helping us quickly hone in on the types of houses and neighborhoods that would be a good fit for us. Her enthusiastic and caring attitude make her a pleasure to work with and we immediately felt like we were in good hands in this hyper-competitive market.
When it came time to put in offers Lisa was a superstar whose speed, responsiveness and thoroughness were key to helping us land a house we love. Lisa is absolutely incredible. We used her to buy our new house and to sell our old home. The purchase of our new home went as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Lisa worked well with the sellers' agents to answer our questions, provided us with data and comps so that we understood the market, and found us a beautiful house to call home.
With respect to the sale of our old home, no one could have worked harder. Lisa organized inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, and photography, quickly and with little to no involvement from us. She even helped us close out an open permit and met the city inspector for us when we were tied up at work. She treated our home with such love and care. She was invested and protective of it. She also took care of us. Selling a home is incredibly stressful and Lisa answered our questions, listened to our concerns, and was super responsive and thoughtful. Finally, with respect to marketing, Lisa stands heads and shoulders above the rest. She knows traditional marketing, but she excels at making videos and getting views on social media. She's not only an authoritative voice on the real estate market, but her videos are fun and engaging too. Ultimately, Lisa made our house shine, she secured many competitive offers, and she got us a fantastic price significantly over asking.

"It was a dark and stormy night" marked the beginning of our successful house-hunting story with Lisa, who at last minute's notice waited patiently for us on the wet steps of a newly listed property that we wished to tour, despite the dismal weather that February evening. Lisa came immensely recommended by our good friends, and right away we could see why: her graciousness in accommodating our harried schedules as working parents of a toddler; her warmth and enthusiasm as she greeted us for the first time; her preparedness and dedication as she proceeded to give us a well-informed tour of the house followed by her detailed analysis of current market trends and comparable sales.
From that night on, Lisa toured every single house with us and afterwards dissected each brimming disclosure packet to prepare her invaluable "CliffsNotes" for us. And although like our toddler we always asked a million questions, Lisa always had all the answers, and then some: for instance, one Sunday morning we mused to Lisa over text messaging if we might be able to add a half bath to a property we toured the day before, and an hour later she phoned us to let us know that she had arranged a contractor to meet with us onsite that very morning to address our inquiries to our full satisfaction. Well-connected, brilliant and indefatigable, Lisa proved time and time again to be our shining North Star as we navigated together the constellation of Piedmont houses in the coming months. Before Lisa, we had expected house-buying to be of the same dismal level of wretchedness as trying to find a parking spot at the packed Berkeley Bowl or attempting to stick to our New Year's Resolutions about three weeks into the year, but with Lisa's humor, warmth and sincerity, we actually looked forward to each time we met Lisa next: it felt as though we were converging perfectly on the intersection of a dream of a home.
Because of Lisa's labors, we were able to purchase our beloved home in less than three months, a stupendous feat considering we are the type of folks who usually take more time than that to decide on a curtain pattern.

Would like to thank and recommend Lisa for her professionalism, extremely high EQ, and most importantly, her Piedmont real estate market specific expertise. Lisa inherited an extremely challenging listing of which was significantly negatively impacted by the lack of execution from a previous agent. Lisa performed with humility and insightfully made adjustments to a failed marketing & staging strategy yet more importantly completed the task within her clearly defined timetable after over 8 months of disappointment from the previous agent.
