Anian and Adrienne are extraordinary! They helped me sell my Mother's home with incredible professionalism, great market knowledge and hard work. I live out of the area so they managed the quickest, most economical and beautiful renovations I could have imagined. The house was on the market in less than 8 weeks. They bring attention to detail that included knowing how to get all the inspections and certifications before putting the house on the market so that potential buyers had easy access to all the needed disclosure documents. When it came time to review the offers (yes there were multiples!) A&A once again showed their attention to detail in deciphering importantant distinctions for me. Anian is a true professional and a joy to work with. When we bought our first home, she was instrumental in helping us find the our perfect house in a neighborhood we could afford. Once our second child arrived, she went to work again to help us find a larger home, and she was incredibly patient as we looked at over fifty houses over two years before we found our dream home. She always returned our calls promptly and always happily showed us the next house. Eventually the right house came along, just in time for baby number three. She managed to sell our home in a down market and negotiated the purchase of our new house like the pro that she is. I wholeheartedly recommend Anian to anyone looking in the Piedmont, Oakland, Berkeley area, whether your budget is large or small.

Without any reservations I highly recommend Anian Pettit Tunney as a realtor in the East Bay. She is the most professional, smart, trustworthy, and hard working realtor I could have imagined. Anian truly listened to my "wish list" for a house and found the right one for us - with everything on the list! We bought AND sold our house within a month and she managed it all graciously. She negotiated the purchase of our new house and organized inspections, staging, and painting in our old house.
Understanding we didn't want to own two houses for long, she managed to get our house on the realtors' tour within 4 days. We had 6 offers within a week. This doesn't happen without expertise, very hard work, and attention to details. Again, I highly recommend Anian.

Anian helped get us into our first house in Piedmont. More importantly, her status as one of the top realitors in town helped us buy our current home and sell our prior one! If you are in the market for a new home in town, you should talk to her!
