We met Anastasia at an open house and had a lovely conversation. As a result, we asked if she would be interested in being our realtor. At that time we were casually looking to buy. She invested a lot of time and effort over 6 months to help us find our home. She is so thoughtful and works tirelessly. I am deeply impressed with this experience with Anastasia: she worked non-stop to help me in finding this apt: she was on call day and night, very responsive, supportive and precise in her knowledge. I found her to be tactful and strong in her support at the same time which, as I understand is a rare thing to find.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience working with Anastasia. My partner and I were lucky to come across her at a recent showing. She is professional, meticulous, and direct. Anastasia is also a great listener and addressed our concerns. After visiting the house she was showing for two weekends, we were prepared to make an offer. Anastasia worked hard for us and we were able to submit a strong offer. Anastasia helped provide us with a lender who could provide an unheard of 14 day close and helped us to have confidence in not having as many contingencies compared to others bidding on the house that we fell in love with. She helped us to beat out offers that were higher than our offer price. 14 not so stressful days later, we closed escrow on our dream home. The level of professionalism, care and attention Anastasia gave us throughout the entire process was top tier. Prior to listing our property, Anastasia made sure all of the t's were crossed and the i's dotted, and most importantly that the property presented at it's best.

My partner and I had a very difficult piece of property to sell. We in a sense had lost hope on finding a good buyer. Anastasia helped us get connected to motivated buyers and made the entire selling process real easy and fast. In ten years of buying and selling property I've never worked with anyone who delivered a more professional experience.
