Liat was absolutely wonderful to work with! As first time homebuyers, she really spent the time getting to know us and our priorities before even starting the house hunting process. In this hyper competitive market, she moved quickly to get us a showing for any home we expressed interest in (even if we gave her less than 24 hour notice!) She spent time reviewing disclosure packets with us and provided invaluable insight and knowledge, which allowed us to craft a competitive offer for our dream home. When we found a home that we loved, she was super responsive and helped us submit an offer with an extremely tight time window. As a seller's agent, Liat was spectacular -- quickly transforming my Montclair hills home into a masterpiece.
After years of deferred maintenance, it needed a lot -- paint, roof, asphalt, hauling, pests, gardening, flooring, lighting -- you name it. We met, agreed on a budget, and Liat outlined a tight schedule so that we could have the house on the market by the end of summer.
Liat took over from there, managing the entire process. She worked at a dizzying pace, sourcing multiple bids for each piece of the project (more than three dozen -- I lost count), advising what was and was not worth doing, then worked some miracles behind the scenes to get those busy contractors scheduled. And indeed, all was completed right on time to get it staged and on the market.
Liat knew exactly how to price the home to get views and traffic -- within a narrow range of $20,000 if I recall correctly! -- and helped me through negotiations and counter-negotiations. Once in escrow, she didn't stop, making sure I was informed every step of the way.
In short, I could not be happier. This was my third home sale, so I know how lazy real estate agents can be. Liat was the polar opposite. Hire her -- you will not be disappointed.

Liat has been a fantastic advocate for our extended family's real estate needs for years! We treasure her deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate scene, her down to earth/ accessible personality (she is honest and straightforward, not a slick salesperson though she is also very effective and aggressive when needed to get the job done!). As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were complete novices to the process, so we were incredibly grateful when Liat came highly recommended to us by multiple friends. As a kind, patient and knowledgeable seasoned expert, Liat informed us through every step of the process and made us feel comfortable and eventually like confident buyers. When after almost a year of looking (the majority of it during COVID) we had an unexpected life change and had to put our search on temporary hold, Liat could not have been more understanding. We will of course be returning to her when we resume our search because she truly is who you want in your corner when making such an important life decision.
