Patrick was hands-on without being pushy in helping me get the house ready to go on the market. He guided me with decision-making, and had the best resources for cleaning, clearing, landscaping support, staging & whatever else was needed. You name it, he got it. Offers poured in during the Open House weekend, and we were in contract within a couple of days! Patrick is savvy, personable and professional; certainly the best in every respect.

Patrick was extremely helpful during my entire home search. As a first-time buyer, he was able to help me through every step in the process. Patrick worked really hard to get me the place I wanted, and was able to do so by thinking outside of the box and coming up with a solution to a specific HOA issue that had tripped up two previous prospective buyers. Patrick also worked with the lender to get me a better mortgage rate, and even continued to help me out with various things after the purchase. I would recommend anyone to go with Patrick as their realtor!

I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and his team. We had a somewhat complicated deal as sellers and they helped us through all the land mines to a successful conclusion. We were looking for a house in the Bay Area from out of state and met Patrick when he showed us one of his listings. He was very knowledgeable on the Berkeley and Alameda markets that we were interested in. Most of the time our communication was via phone/texts/ and numerous videos Patrick took for properties we asked to see while out of state. He was always responsive and gave us great feedback on the market and neighborhoods. When he was out, he made sure his team took care of any questions or new properties we wanted to check out. We would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone in or out of the area looking for a professional and vey personable realator.

Patrick not only helped us sell our house, but also purchase our dream home!
When we initially reached out to Patrick we were overwhelmed with the idea of trying to sell. He was with us every step of the way and got us a better price than we could have imagined. After selling our house he helped us buy a new home in our dream neighborhood (and negotiated a price well under asking for us).
