Claudia was recommended to me by someone who bought a house, and who was very pleased with her experience. I found Claudia to be truly an outstanding agent in every way in selling my investment property in west Oakland. She was organized, highly communicative and efficient in coordinating project management in preparing this property for market. She had proposals of what needed to be done, but was flexible and wasn't pushy or insistent if I didn't fully agree. She worked well with various contractors-her own and mine while maintaining all time frames for a sale date that was established months in advance. Her follow through was apparent from start to finish, from planning details of what needed to be done and when, to the watering of yard plants (with her own hose) until the keys were handed over. In the end, as a result of her direction and diligence, the property glowed and sold quickly. She was truly a joy to work with and who maintained a positive and supportive attitude throughout this entire process. I couldn't recommend her more!

Claudia is nothing less than amazing ... she has realtor super powers! Not only does she have immense knowledge, great organization, and valuable experience with real estate in Oakland (the house she sold for me was in Montclair/Forestland), she is also a brilliant strategist. Her timing with getting my house ready to be sold, placing it on the market, and then accepting offers was spot-on. Listen to her! She writes very well - she wrote the perfect listing description for my house. She is exceedingly responsive and personable ... and she arrived with a team of construction workers (I needed some work done before selling), carpeting people, painters, cleaners, window washers, landscapers, inspectors, a talented real estate photographer, and found anything/anyone else I needed. She booked the BEST stager for me - even though they were busy, busy, busy she was able to get them. She also wrangled all of those workers. She kept on top and advised me on everything. She even came and raked leaves and watered the yard when the house was being shown. And the best thing about Claudia was that she was FUN to work with. If you want a worry-free, totally professional, enjoyable real estate selling experience CLAUDIA is your person.

We bought a home in Montclair with Claudia's help. She is so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Oakland and gave us honest opinions about the different places we were looking. She is really prompt in both email and text message responses, and we felt like we were her only clients (and we weren't) with the high level of support! What we appreciated most about Claudia is that the relationship didn't end after our home closed. When we have questions about refinancing or reinvesting in our home, Claudia has been generous with her time and recommendations. I can't recommend Claudia enough! The day we found our home, she had set up a tour of listings that reflected that truly understood what we were looking for. When we walked into our future home, we fell in love with it right away and Claudia did what was needed to get us the house, even while staying within our budget. She's incredibly informed about the market and Oakland's neighborhoods, very available, and really fun to work with.
