Whether creating the most effective marketing plan for a seller or finding the right home for a buyer, Linda steps into her clients’ shoes, understands their needs, and then negotiates on their behalf to support them in their decisions. Because she stays in very close touch, her clients understand and feel comfortable with the process of buying or selling.

As the first woman hired in the management training program at United California Bank, Linda McClain discovered a flair for finance and business that has become her advantage in residential real estate. This background helps her explain the nuances of complicated contract details to her clients, as well as enabling her to find creative advantages for both parties during the negotiating process.

Linda’s background in math also makes her a natural problem solver. She transforms any problems that arise during escrow into progressive steps toward the optimum solution. She is an invaluable asset in making each transaction run smoothly.

Since moving to our community in 1982, Linda has always taken an active role locally in her children’s schools, church, and community organizations. However, what makes her the happiest is looking out for others’ interests. That is why you will find her network flush with referrals from old clients who are now good friends.
