Jeff believes that every transaction is a complex process involving an enormous number of resources, tools and people. My philosophy is to take the time to first understand your priorities, and then provide strategic advice aimed at producing results directly tailored to your needs.

Working within your budget, I will assess the potential enhancements that could be made to maximize the sales price received. That may include color consultation and painting, hardwood floor refinishing to landscaping, and staging. I will provide you with subcontractors and trades-people, all whom I have used in the past or come highly recommended.

I specialize in residential property in Oakland, Piedmont and Berkeley. A fifth-generation Californian, I grew up in Piedmont, went to U.C. Berkeley and now I reside in Rockridge with my wife, Kristil and daughters, Ashley and Natalie. With a historical perspective, I am truly passionate about our community.
