I grew up in Berkeley and bring something else to real estate that has proven especially valuable to my clients: hands-on construction experience.

Before focusing on real estate, I worked on high-end residential remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and other renovation projects. That background allows me to look beyond finishes and help buyers and sellers understand a property's condition, potential, renovation opportunities, and where improvements may—or may not—create value.

For sellers, I provide a strategic approach to preparing and marketing homes throughout Berkeley, Oakland, El Cerrito, and Albany. That includes evaluating which pre-sale improvements are worth making, advising on presentation and pricing, developing a marketing strategy, and positioning the property to attract serious buyers and maximize its value.

For buyers, my construction background helps me evaluate homes through a different lens. I can help clients think through renovation potential, layouts, older housing stock, deferred maintenance, and the tradeoffs between buying a turnkey property and creating value over time.

My approach combines deep local knowledge with the resources and experience of an established East Bay real estate team. Whether I’m representing a first-time buyer, a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, or someone relocating to the Bay Area, my goal is straightforward: provide clear advice, strong representation, and the information needed to make a smart real estate decision.

Outside of real estate, music has always been a major part of my life. I play trombone in an orchestral band and have worked in music production, mixing, and mastering for local artists. I’m also an avid outdoorsman and previously spent three years as a ski instructor in Bozeman, Montana.
