America Foy is a Broker Associate with The Grubb Company and a California real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, investment, development, and municipal real estate. He serves clients throughout the East Bay, including Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, and surrounding communities, as well as San Francisco, the greater Sacramento corridor, and other California markets.

America advises buyers, sellers, investors, developers, property owners, and municipalities on acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties, development opportunities, land use, public-private partnerships, and complex real estate transactions.

Before returning to private-sector brokerage, America served as the Real Property Agent for the City of Tracy. His public-sector work included municipal asset management, public-property risk mitigation, regulatory policy, and government real estate processes.

America also serves as Chief Real Estate & Development Officer for Where Ever Cogent. His multidisciplinary background includes California licenses as a Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, and Mortgage Broker, subject to current licensing status.
