Raised in Berkeley, Piedmont, and Oakland, Allison’s connection to the East Bay is both personal and profound. Her understanding of the region extends beyond its homes to the communities that shape them. She has been actively involved in Berkeley through youth lacrosse coaching with Bear LAX Lacrosse, engagement with Berkeley High School programs, and years spent working at the historic Star Grocery throughout high school and college.

Allison’s professional background includes extensive experience with Whole Foods Market, where she held a variety of roles, most recently in in-house marketing and technology support. This work cultivated a highly process-oriented mindset, strong operational discipline, and a keen eye for detail—skills she now applies to guide clients through complex real estate transactions with clarity and calm.
