Claire loved her sunny bungalow in the King Estates neighborhood. She enjoyed planting flowers and vegetables in her sizable and sun-drenched front yard, she liked the separation of space between bedrooms especially as her girls got older, and enjoyed walking to the Kings Estates open space and taking in the sweeping Bay views. She poured a lot of love into this home replacing some foundation and doing seismic retrofitting with engineered plans (2017), updating the kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and backsplash, a new refrigerator, and dishwasher (2017 and 2023), replacing the sewer lateral (2017), and a new water heater (2023). The large eat-in kitchen was a great hang-out place for her family. She created a modern space for guests to visit by adding a darling detached finished structure with a bathroom in 2017*, and she loved her convenient commute from this central location. This sunny boho-inspired bungalow has been well-loved and is ready for new owners to enjoy!
