About Me

As a young girl I trained to be a professional ballerina. And though I left a dance career behind at 18, I still carry confidence, grace, and dedication to all my commitments. That very same poise and drive helped me begin a decades-long successful career selling women’s high fashion accessories. And when I decided to embark on a new path and follow my love of design and architecture, I brought my enthusiasm and precision to real estate.

I love what I do! Colleagues describe me as hardworking, energetic, positive, and collaborative. It’s true I’m a go-getter. That’s my nature. Being able help others is my passion; making dreams reality is my superpower. Working with buyers I share expertise to ensure my clients understand how the purchase process works. I know they will make educated decisions, and sleep easy at night. For first-time buyers, with so many details to track, I ensure they are clear on what’s needed and feel confident moving forward. I also know those who are downsizing can face a real challenge in the Bay Area. I understand the hurdles; as a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I’m trained to navigate them with ease.

Given my professional background, my sales skills are sharp. Sellers count on me for excellent client service, from oversight to staging, advocacy, and advice. Selling a home touches both finances and feelings; I am here to help in every way. My special talent is finding the unique features of each property and cleverly highlighting those for prospective buyers.

Born and raised in Berkeley and Albany, I’ve come to deeply appreciate Oakland with its enormous heart and many micro-neighborhoods and subcultures. From walking trails to grand hilltop vistas, cityscapes to homey Maxwell Park, downtown lofts to lakeside condos, Oakland has it all. And don’t forget a visit to Middle Harbor Shoreline Park at the port. It’s one of my favorite local gems (take 7th St all the way down for incredible views and a beach amidst giant cranes and container ships). Whether you’re looking in the Oakland, Berkeley, Albany or El Cerrito, I’d be happy to make your search or sale productive … and fun.

When I have time off, I travel. Next stop: Japan. Closer to home I I love to work out, garden, and dance. Though my husband of 30 years is French (mais oui, my kids and I are bilingual) I will always choose popcorn over oysters, tacos over Bourguignon and ice cream over creme caramel. Although I would live on French cheese if I could. Raclette party anyone? What do I look forward to? One day, I’ll enjoy a vintage sports car with classic lines and a convertible top. Foot on the clutch, that’s how I’ll get around in Provence when we open our B&B!

I’m grateful every day. Having my extended family close by is a blessing. I appreciate my loving and supportive friends, and all the wonderful amenities my life offers. We are able to enjoy so much in the East Bay; I am thrilled with a career that lets me introduce others to this bounty!

How Can I Help?

Testimonials

I wish I could give Tiffany more stars! She listed our condo in Oakland for sale recently and helped us with every aspect--including identifying the correct price,  suggesting and even implementing improvements to help it sell, and determining the best timing. Tiffany was easy to work with--she is a great communicator and returns calls/emails, and texts very quickly. And she gets results!  Our condo had 10 offers, sold in just a few days at way over the asking price to an excellent buyer, and closed without any problems. And ...Tiffany is unflappable! Her attitude is always great and warm.  I highly recommend Tiffany and would use her again in a heartbeat.

"We decided to sell our Cleveland Heights home in the middle of a pandemic. Crazy, right? Pandemic or not, we were ready to move on. I researched several brokerage firms and decided to call The Grubb Company. Pandemic had everyone working from home so I left a message and crossed my fingers. The owner called me the next day and we had a great call. He said I think you will work well with Tiffany LeFour. She called and set up a meeting at our home. We had an immediate rapport and she knows Cleveland Heights very well. She gave us a market update and price analysis, explained all of our options clearly, and no pressure. The needle on my b.s. meter never moved once. She is very upfront and honest and we appreciated that and her patience with our never-ending texts and questions, especially with our Covid concerns. Long story short, we packed up, got out of her way, and let her do her marketing magic. And I mean magic. The house looked so good when she and her crew were finished that we wanted to move back in. We had an offer on the day of listing. The buyers and the buyer's realtor were a royal pain. They made a non-contingent offer and then started making demands. We came to the conclusion that the original offer was not made in good faith and the emotions kicked in. Tiffany was a champ getting us through the nonsense and handling so much. Her steady demeanor kept us focused on the end goal and her advice was spot on. She had our backs and we very much appreciated it. In the end, the house closed and sold at a price almost spot on with her price analysis. If we were staying in the Bay Area, we would have asked Tiffany to represent us. We would highly recommend Tiffany to represent you if you are looking to sell your home. She's very dedicated and we still
