For more than 20 years, I have truly enjoyed my real estate career, serving my wonderful clientele and working diligently to become one of the East Bay’s top producing agents.
I have been a Montclair resident and raised my family here since 1994. I know intimately the local real estate market, public and private schools, neighborhoods, recreational opportunities and so much more.
I love to bring forth dreams into reality. I find it so interesting to work with people of all stripes and orientations, tuning in to their deepest aspirations when buying or selling a home. I deeply appreciate how critically important this moment is in my client’s lives. I work very hard to listen and to clearly understand how my clientele can best be served throughout this somewhat stressful process.
I am known for honest, clear and effective communication. It’s vital for me to be in partnership and fully attentive to my client’s specific needs. I make myself 100% available to answer any questions or concerns which constantly arise in the selling or buying process. I am extremely adept at prioritizing and focusing in on what exactly needs to happen next to make smooth progress. I take care of every aspect of the business including the listing preparations, marketing, escrow, showing properties, coordinating with the mortgage brokers and other parties to negotiate a successful close. I manage a highly skilled and proven group of tradesmen including stagers, painters, contractors, gardeners, inspectors and others. Tough and strategic negotiating skills is one of my top strengths and, I believe, one of the key elements to a successful close.
My passion and commitment is to make sure my client’s positive expectations are not just met, but exceeded far beyond what they thought possible.
