In my first career I worked with the Piedmont and Oakland communities as a personal Pilates trainer. Some of my favorite trips have been to Bali and the Galapagos where I spent a week out at sea on a liveaboard boat scuba diving and meeting people from all over the world. Closer to home I enjoy exploring the hiking trails of the East Bay, frequenting our wonderful local farmers markets, and swimming with my family in the beautiful rivers and lakes of California.
