I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. After graduating from one of the most prestigious finance universities in the country – Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, I explored work in public policy and transit advertising agency.
In 2013 I immigrated to the East Bay - a place that I happily call home since then. My very first adventure was to open a neighborhood café in West Oakland and sell it later with a profit. The cafe became a neighborhood hub where neighbors would come to get to know each other. I greatly enjoyed the interactions with clients, delivery of an excellent product, and hospitality business as a whole. However, my real love and passion belongs to real estate which now is my career. From the time I moved to the Bay Area, I was able to create my own rental portfolio throughout the USA. It consists of both long-term rentals and Airbnb’s. In the process of buying and selling my properties, I worked with multiple agents and my experience ranged from negative to superlative. Ultimately, it inspired me to become a real estate agent I always was looking for.
