As the Director of Operations for The Grubb Company, Aman specializes in helping clients and agents use marketing, technology and data analytics to reach their real estate goals. Innovation is a central theme of his position, combining both proven strategies and cutting-edge tactics.

He has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive at residential real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area. This includes leading branding, marketing and technology initiatives for Lofts Unlimited, which became Urban Bay Properties and was purchased by McGuire Real Estate. He served as Director of Marketing for T3 Sixty, the preeminent management consulting firm for the industry, and spent over a decade at Red Oak Realty, helping to lead significant growth, including as its COO.

Prior to working in real estate, Aman spent a decade at advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi New York working with clients such as Procter & Gamble and General Mills. He moved to DDB Needham, working with Clorox, then to a company that was acquired by J. Walter Thompson where he was involved in online and offline campaigns for Sun Microsystems.

Aman was raised in San Francisco where he attended Lowell High School. He is an avid road cyclist and lives in the Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley with his wife and 3 cats.
