Since 1977, Elizabeth Dickson has been a top sales agent with The Grubb Company and specializes in residential real estate brokerage in Piedmont, Rockridge and Montclair.

Liz’s long involvement and residence in our community has made her an expert in the real estate market, from starter homes to upper-level estates. She is also well-versed on city schools, neighborhoods, and other community amenities. In addition, Liz prides herself on listening intently to her clients and using her intuition to guide all levels of home buyers into choosing the right home and location. She is equally adept at helping sellers get the maximum return during the bidding process.

Prior to selling real estate, Liz’s experience as a flight attendant with United taught her how to deal effectively with people’s needs and maintain sensitivity in stressful situations. In addition, through her membership in Junior League, she taught a business course to women who wanted to turn their volunteering skills into paid careers. Both pursuits have proven to be invaluable in coaching clients through the tricky stages of real estate transactions.

Liz’s longtime residence in our community has reaped a broad circle of friends and endearing relationships over the years. With her consistent effort, she continues to develop an extensive client base with many repeat clients and referrals. In her leisure time, she enjoys tennis, golf, and gardening.

“I completely commit myself to my clientele and pride myself on being available to them at all times. I personally oversee all aspects of every transaction, negotiation, inspection, financing and consummation of the sale. My goal is to make every transaction run smoothly for all parties involved to achieve the highest satisfaction possible for my buyers and sellers.”
