Gene is passionate about his clients’ real estate success – both finacially and emotionally. He focuses solely on the client’s goals (not his own) to ensure that the client’s real estate needs are met and exceeded. Today’s real estate transactions are tremendously complex. Gene’s energy, integrity and knowledge help make this a seamless process, including anticipating possible challenges and tackling them directly. He also brings a sense of humor to each and every transaction.

As a Realtor, Gene is a top listing agent and among the top producers in the East Bay. He has won numerous awards, including 2005 Realtor of the Year and is the 2007 President-Elect of the Berkeley Association of Realtors.

Gene is a skilled negotiator with 15 years in client-focused sales and marketing. Before entering real estate, he worked for 12 years in magazine and newspaper publishing. At CMP Media, Gene was the Publisher of CADENCE Magazine, the world’s largest computer-aided design magazine.
