Ann followed her heart to residential real estate with the Grubb Company after working in the Commercial Real Estate industry as an office sales and leasing agent with Colliers International. Ann’s passion for residential real estate began in high school, looking through the Real Estate section of the Oakland Tribune every Sunday at the available listings. She started tracking new listings and final sales prices while in the process of buying her first home just after graduating from college and has been following the market ever since. After the pleasure of helping several friends find their homes Ann finally decided to make her passion her work.
Being a 3rd generation Oakland native gives Ann a strong knowledge and understanding of the area. She is a graduate of Saint Theresa’s School, Bishop O’Dowd High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara University.
Ann believes that buying or selling a home should be exciting and works hard with her clients to make the process is as enjoyable as possible. She prides herself on maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. By listening to the needs and concerns of her clients Ann is able to provide guidance towards solutions for a successful transaction.

We originally were working with another agent that didn’t seem to be bringing us anything we were interested in. We were discouraged and frustrated.
