I recommend Carrie McAlister without qualification. When I interviewed her, she arrived with a detailed calendar filled in, showing exactly what she would do to my home and when she would do it. I was on a tight timeline, and I reside out of town. Carrie proceeded to take on the job and completed all the tasks on her calendar to the day.
